I’m Jeremy, a commercial pilot and flight instructor based in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. I came to aviation after careers in the military and the tech industry, so I know what it’s like to chase this dream from a non-traditional starting point.
These days I spend most of my time in training aircraft, helping students go from zero experience to confident, capable pilots. A lot of what I write here comes directly from that environment — the questions students ask, the mistakes I see (and made myself), and the things nobody bothered to explain clearly.
